PODIUM RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Participant:
60 Days or More Before the Retreat:
Participants are entitled to a full refund minus a non-refundable processing fee of S$300.
30-59 Days Before the Retreat:
Participants are entitled to a full refund minus 50% the total retreat cost.
Less Than 30 Days Before the Retreat:
No refund will be issued. However, participants may transfer their spot to another person if they notify us at least 14 days before the retreat starts. The new participant must agree to the terms and conditions of the retreat.
No Show:
Participants who do not attend the retreat without prior notice will forfeit the entire retreat cost.
2. Cancellation by Organizer:
Retreat Cancellation:
If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions), participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.
Retreat Rescheduling:
If the retreat is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their payment to the new dates or receive a full refund if they cannot attend the new dates.
3. Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat. Participants will be offered the option to transfer their payment to a future date or receive a refund.
4. Travel and Insurance:
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any costs related to travel or accommodation in the event of cancellation. The organiser is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.
5. Special Circumstances:
Refunds or credits may be granted for personal emergencies or exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Participants must provide documentation supporting their request for a refund or credit.
